“Acnelan” and “Cosmelan”, which are enzymatic peeling applications containing some special therapeutic peeling products and combined household products, are used in our hospital to treat more difficult acne and blemish problems that cannot be removed by chemical peeling methods, except for classical skin peeling chemical peeling applications.

Patients with inflamed nodulocystic acne who do not want to use isotretinoin or who have used it repeatedly, who have a pregnancy plan in the future or who are inconvenient to use isotretinoin due to its side effects, who tend to leave serious scars on the face, and salicylic acid peels applied once every 2 weeks, 3 sessions every 2 weeks. Acnelan mask application is performed in the environment of our hospital. After the procedure, the neutralizing spray is sprayed and the process is completed within 3 minutes, the mask is cleaned with dry gauze and the skin is washed. Anti-stress face mask that is soothing against mild redness on the skin is kept for 15 minutes. After the procedure, the quick repair cream and mineral matting antiaging liquid SPF 50 and finally a special sunscreen (SPF 50) for acne skins are applied to the skin and the patient is sent home. Patients are instructed to use special restorative, mattifying creams and sunscreen household products that are given to them in a ready-made state for the first 3-4 days, and to clean their skin at home with a special skin cleansing foam. After 3 days, the therapeutic acne home maintenance cream is applied to the skin 2-3 times a day, and then mineral matting anti-aging liquid spf 50 and sunscreen spf 50 are applied sequentially.

Cosmelan and Dermamelan stain mask is applied to patients with stain problems in the hospital environment. After the skin is first wiped with a special cleansing milk and thoroughly cleansed with a cleansing solution, Cosmelan stain mask is applied to the whole face with the help of a spatula with two fingers passing under the neck. According to the needs of the patients, Cosmelan can be applied in 1-2 applications with an interval of 15-20 days. The stain mask, which is applied in several layers more intensely to the stained areas of the patient, is then washed at home by the patient with cold water close to warm at the appropriate time (after 8-12 hours). Afterwards, the skin is dried and the anti-inflammatory repair cream is waited for 10 minutes to be absorbed and a special spot-removing sunscreen is applied on it. Although the protocol for resting this face varies according to the patient, it is between 24-48 hours. Then Cosmelan continuation cream home protocol is started. In the first month 3 times a day, in the second and third months twice a day and after the third month, once a day at night, a stain maintenance cream is applied to the whole face, not exceeding the size of the hazelnut. The patient should first cleanse the skin with cleansing milk given as a household product. After 10 minutes, anti-inflammatory soothing cream should be used on the follow-up cream, and after 10 minutes, special sunscreen should be used for the stain.

“Dermamelan intimate” is a type of enzymatic peeling that lasts 7 minutes and gives very fast results, which is applied to female patients with pigmentation problems in the genital area after pregnancy, to the vagina, vulva, bikini area, perineum, groin, inner leg and rectal areas. After the process is terminated with a neutralizing spray, the skin of the genital area is wiped with gauze. Immediately afterwards, Dermamelan intimate mask is applied to the stained area with a spatula and closed with transparent bands. After about 2 hours, the patient should open the tapes at home and wash the genital area with warm water. Afterwards, a special ready-made soothing mask is applied to the dried genital area for 15 minutes and then dried with gauze. It is continued at night with Dermamelan intimate depigmenting home cream. The results are very promising.
