Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is the injection of some special therapeutic liquid solutions based on the problem through very fine-tipped special injectors into the middle layer of the skin called “mesoderm” to the “dermis”. Mesotherapy procedures are performed within 1-2 week intervals, within treatment sessions of roughly 3-6 sessions, in order to achieve effective results.
Hyaluronic acid, a water-retaining molecule in regaining the moisture in the face that disappears over time, is applied in our hospital as mesotherapy by combining with some other injectable products that give the skin shine as moisture and light filling in non-cross-linked forms, stimulate and repair, rejuvenate and even tighten the skin. Hyalunoric acid, ie moisture filling, provides antiaging effect on the skin with a reduction in lines as well as moisturizing. Unlike the cross-linked hyaluronic acid used in classical filling applications, it reshapes the facial lines and provides a lifting effect by opening the lines on our face with a natural appearance thanks to its non-cross-linked, highly concentrated gel solution content.
Salmon DNA or X-DNA, which is obtained from the milk of salmon, which protects the cell membrane and provides skin tissue regeneration, has become a very popular mesotherapy application today. This application, which moisturizes the skin and repairs the connective tissue by activating cell metabolism thanks to its antioxidant properties, also stimulates collagen synthesis by protecting the cell membrane from the effects of harmful free radicals.
We apply a lifting filler called dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), which is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter in muscle tissue, in cases of reduced elasticity and tightness of our skin, age-related, involuntary or excessive weight loss, and skin sagging after bariatric surgery. It helps to regain tightness in areas with looseness on the face and with sports. Redenx, a global antiaging mesotherapy solution containing some special peptic mixtures that activate protein synthesis, is preferred for its tightening and lifting effect in reducing lines caused by sagging in the pre-menopausal period due to gravity.
Vitamin filling called NTCT is applied in our hospital to support the repair of skin by removing the deficiencies of the skin for intensive cell biorevitalization and skin repair in order to regain brightness, revitalize and enlighten the skin. Its 11 vitamins, 23 amino acids and 3 coenzymes play a role in skin repair and provide skin renewal as an antioxidant. In addition, 6 mineral salts in its content provide tightening of the skin as dermal matrix component. These include arginine, lysine, proline, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (vitamin B8), folic acid (vitamin B9), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin E, inositol and coenzymes. Vitamin C is a successful mesotherapy agent in the treatment of melasma and blemishes as it provides antioxidant and brightening effect to the skin. It is beneficial by stimulating collagen synthesis in sagging and relaxation of the skin. In addition, vitamin C mesotherapy application gives good results in reducing sun damage of aging in UVA and UVB damaged skin.
The organic silicon we use as a cell reactivator for tissue reconstruction protects the tissue structure, stimulates fibroblasts and increases the biosynthesis of collagen, elastin fibers and proteoglycan, which are the building blocks of our skin. It is used in the treatment of sagging skin and cracks in the skin together with organic silicone DMAE.
“Argibenone”, a special mesotherapy solution containing peptide molecules, idebenone, and hyaluronic acid, to eliminate dynamic mimic lines with a natural, wrinkle-free and fresh look as if botox is applied without botox on our skin, is safely used on photo-aged skin under the name of mesobotox treatment.
Nowadays, mesotherapy is used not only in the face, but also in fat burning, jowl melting, regional thinning, skin tightening (lifting effect), skin repair, smoothing and cellulite treatment in many body areas. Phosphatidylcholine, deoxycholate, carnitine, collagenase or mixtures containing hyaluronic acid and lidocaine are applied for enzymatic lipolysis (fat burning) to areas such as upper arm, upper abdomen, belly, inner thighs, back hip, buttocks. Phosphatidylcholine, deoxycholate, caffeine and artichoke extract mixtures applied in 3 sessions every 10 days to the under-chin and jowl area provide very striking results.
Another area of use of mesotherapy is the application of hair loss on the scalp and some hair diseases. Since NCTC vitamin filling and biotin (vitamin B8) containing solutions applied to the scalp increase the fiber quality of the hair, stimulate the circulation in the scalp and nourish the scalp, they are successfully used in telogen style (common and pinch) hair loss. In addition, by reducing the biotin sebum synthesis, it is also good for the complaints of oily on the scalp. If necessary Minoxidil and dutasteride molecules that stimulate hair growth are also used in hair mesotherapy.
